We need several volunteers for the 2025-2026 school year. No matter how much time you can give—whether it’s an hour or helping at one event—your involvement makes a big difference.

OPEN ROLES:

Website 

• Update website as needed (new events, calendar, etc.)
• Send reminder emails (can pre-schedule)
• No coding necessary! If you can edit a Word Doc, you can update the website. 

Communications (1-2 volunteers)

• Update newsletter using template provided. 
• Social Media Updates (Facebook and Instagram) as needed
• Gather feedback from the PTO membership, helping the board understand parent needs and preferences.  

MURAL Fundraising Volunteers (Several volunteers needed)

• Help secure sponsorships from local businesses for the mural. 
• A community sponsorship document was already created. Help is needed to solicit donations (monetary or materials).
